What’s Blocking You? The 3 Mindset Patterns I See in Every Client (and How to Remove Yours)
Discover the 3 hidden mindset blocks holding you back — and how to identify and remove yours so you can finally create the results you want.
We all have them — those invisible barriers that quietly push away the very things we say we want: success, love, money, opportunity. Instead of drawing our desires closer, these blocks create resistance, often without us even realizing it.
The frustrating part? If you don’t know what your blocks are, you could be doing all the right things — taking action, setting goals, working hard — and still getting all the wrong results. And nothing is more maddening than feeling like you’re putting in the effort but getting nowhere.
To date, I’ve never coached a single person who didn’t have one of these three mindset blocks:
The “Broke” Mindset
The “I’m Not Worthy” Mindset
The “Low-Key Martyr” Mindset
My guess is that one or more of these will show up for you too. Trust me, I’ve struggled with all three. I know how heavy they feel. It’s not fun to dig deep and reveal these hidden beliefs about yourself. It’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it’s emotional. But it’s also essential — because you can’t change what you don’t know is there.
