Life is so short. So insainly short. Losing my brother (one month ago tomorrow) was a huge shocking slap in the face on how short life really is. One day he's sitting next to me at my sons graduation, two days later he's gone.
It's still unthinkable.
We get so few chances to seize the incredible moments that we too often put off into the future.
My philosophy on life has always been to grab the moment when it presents itself and live fully.
This is a little reminder to...
Take more chances.
Hug everyone you love.
Experience MORE.
Do more things that suprise you, shock you, make you laugh and make you proud.
Live with your legacy in mind. Who are you? How do you want to be remembered? Are you showing up as that version of yourself today? What mark will you leave on the world? On the ones you love?
Make your life matter. Enjoy it.
Love big and love freely.
Travel more. See the world through new eyes.
Take risks.
Choose your dreams every chance you get.
Do good in this world. Leave a mark.
Be present. Put your phone down and actually look at the person talking to you.
See. I mean, really see. See people. See your surroundings. See the world.
Listen. Hear. Notice.
Be grateful for the air you breathe, for everything you have that you take for granted.
Live life unafraid.
Love your life, you only get one.
…Float easy little brother.

Hey Sarah, this resonates so strongly with me, especially as we’ve entered the weeks that led up to my father in laws death last year. I cried at The Open on TV yesterday because that’s what he was watching as he was slipping away from us 💔 but like you, I also fiercely remember the blessing that life is.
Sending you so much love and strength girl 💖 💫
